Glamour Xtensions main priority is our clientele. We make every effort to ensure that our clients are happy.

Refunds:

• You have 7 days from receipt of your items to request a refund.
• In order to be considered for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.
• The item must include the original invoice that was shipped with it.
• PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available within 7 days from receipt of your items.
• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
• Original invoice must accompany all exchanges.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for the return or exchange of your item.
• If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of refund.
